Our Team

Saibatu Mansaray is a global health practitioner and maternal health advocate, dedicated to improving maternal and newborn health in underserved communities across rural Sierra Leone.

A retired U.S. Army officer and certified Physician Assistant, Saibatu brings more than two decades of leadership and frontline experience spanning clinical medicine, military medicine, public health, humanitarian response, and international service. She served two tours in Iraq and later served as a White House Physician Assistant and Tactical Medical Officer, as well as in senior public health and national policy roles.

Her commitment to maternal health is also deeply personal. Having lost three aunts to complications of pregnancy and childbirth, Saibatu understands that maternal mortality is not simply a global health statistic but it represents women whose lives can be changed by access to timely, quality care.

She holds a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and a Master of International Service from American University.

Dr. Isha Fall is a nonprofit leader committed to strengthening maternal and newborn health and expanding access to quality care for women and families in rural Sierra Leone.

Originally from Sierra Leone and raised in the United States, her connection to the maternal mortality crisis is deeply personal. She has lost family members and childhood friends to complications related to pregnancy and childbirth. From an early age, her parents instilled in her the importance of service and giving back, values that continue to shape her commitment to improving the lives of women and families in Sierra Leone.

As Executive Director of The Mansaray Foundation, Dr. Fall brings more than a decade of experience in nonprofit operations, organizational leadership, program development, and administration. She helps lead the Foundation's strategy and operations, working to strengthen programs, partnerships, and systems that support sustainable maternal and newborn health initiatives.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Coppin State University, a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
